Backpack is provided during beta on an as-is basis. We work hard to keep schedules and extractions accurate, but school communications change and automation makes mistakes — you are responsible for confirming important dates, fees, and forms with your school.

By using Backpack you agree to use it lawfully and only for your household. Keep login credentials private. Do not forward mail you do not have permission to share with your household members.

Paid plans, trials, and pricing are described at signup. We may change features or pricing with notice where required. You may cancel a subscription according to the billing flow in the app.

To the extent permitted by law, Backpack and its operators are not liable for missed deadlines, incorrect extractions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws where you live, those laws apply. Contact us with questions — we would rather fix a problem than hide behind fine print.
